Second Measure

Service Description

This appointment will range from 1.5 to 3 hours and will span across 1-3 visits. Here we do an extensive dive into your current symptoms, emotions and problems. We then go back in time and explore further your mental health history, family history and other important details that make you, you. We don’t stop there, as it’s equally important for me to also know about the rest of your medical history to complete a full picture of you, not just your mental health. I also want to know information from other evaluations you have had currently or in the past. If applicable, I will reach out to other providers and/or therapists to complete a full story board with multiple angles/perspectives. I may also draw lab work to fine tune every detail possible so that the treatment plan fits exactly as you need. This process sets up the pathway for most of your care moving forward, so obtaining the most accurate painting of you is imperative. This evaluation will include diagnosis and tailored treatment plan for you. Your treatment plan will include a “Menu.” This is will consist of list of reasonable treatment options which you may choose from.
