If it has been more than 6 months since the last time I have seen you, I kindly ask that be seen in a 50 minutes slot. More time in between visits can mean more dynamic mental changes, which require more time in a visit for you to explore your thoughts, concerns and emotions.
The experience you have in this practice is “cash” only (cash, credit card). I would not be able to offer this personalized experience if insurance was accepted. I believe this allows the most optimal, individualized journey which ultimately leads to improved outcomes.
I will ask that you please be on time and in a reliable, static location during our visits. And I will be doing the same. This allows for the most meaningful and productive engagement.

If you decide that you are unable to make a visit or need to reschedule, I ask that you notify my office no later than 48 business hours from your appointment. Your card is charged 48 hours from the appointment and cannot be refunded by this time. This allows for other patients in the clinic to have access to the care they need, when they need it.
